Zambia Report

Much has happened in Africa since the 2010 Minister's Convention. The School of Christ has expanded its influence in exciting directions as the Lord continues to open doors. The School in Kenya is being run on a bimonthly basis in the city of Nairobi. On the alternate month, the graduates of previous Schools meet for three days prayer and fellowship. This network of ministers has emerged from former students whose lives and ministries have been so impacted by the SOC that they have faced rejection and persecution from their denominations and have only the School of Christ fellowship to depend on for support in the work they are called to do. The three days of meetings provides the encouragement these men need to fulfill the call of God on their lives. Praise God for the follow-up and discipleship they are continuing to receive from the messages of Brother Clendennen.

Another wonderful testimony has recently come from the nation of Zambia. Thirty ministers went through the School in the month of April and came through full of the Holy Ghost, seeking God with fervent hearts and consecrated lives. There was a real sense that these men could very well turn their world upside-down for Christ. Although we are seeing a declension of Biblical, New Testament Christianity in the West, men like these give us hope that God still has a Church. Who knows, maybe He will use such men to evangelize the spiritually impoverished Western nations whose missionaries once heralded the Good News to their own needy lands. It is a blessing to know such men.
