Philippines Alumni Report
by Dale Martin SOC Director
You will recall that we decide to devote 2010 in the Philippines as a time of renewal and refreshing. Bro. Reyes has been traveling throughout the Philippines conducting fellowship meeting with our prior
graduates.
Attached is the report of Bro. Reyes on the fellowship meeting without our graduates from the Mindoro region.

6th SCI Mindoro Alumni Fellowship
Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro
August 5 - 7, 2010
First of the three alumni fellowship for this month of August, SCI Mindoro Alumni Fellowship was successfully conducted last August 5-7 at the campsite of the Ministries Without Borders Ministries in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. There were 135 graduates of SCI who attended plus around 50 non-graduates who joined us. Our graduates came in spite of heavy downpour of rains causing two portions of the highway to be eroded. This month of August extending until October is considered here to be the hardest month for the farmers, for it is still the time of sowing. Yet our graduates came and enjoyed the time of fellowship with one another and a time of refreshing in the presence of the Lord!
Matthew 5:6, Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled. Truly, the Lord is faithful to His words! From our first session on our first day until our last session on our last day, the Lord has satisfied our longings! It was not hard to fill the altar and to bring the congregation to their knees. It was a time of direct communication from and to the Lord and in deep conviction from the Holy Spirit, our commitments have been strengthened and visions established.
Prayer time was just like when we were at the school. Everybody seemed to want to take advantage of the time to talk to the Lord. The passion in praying and the duration of our prayers speak of the great desire to just linger in the Lord's presence. And praise the Lord, the Holy Spirit has once again confirmed in our hearts, not only that Jesus has commissioned us into a specific ministry, but also that Jesus has not left us and He is leading us into success and victory in the ministry. Praise the Lord!
Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions; the Lord has used them all to touch us with a fresh touch of His wonderful anointing. Even the heavy downfall of rains has not stopped us to be soaked in the presence of the Lord! All were really glad to have attended Alumni Fellowship. Glory to the Lord!
Every class has joyfully sung their graduation songs, most of which were composed by our graduates themselves.
Personally, I am blessed and satisfied with what had happened during our Alumni Fellowship in Mindoro. The Lord has inspired me more to continue conducting alumni Fellowship for the rest of this year in different places here in the Philippines! Halleluiah!
