Poland Prison Report

The first School of Christ in Polish prison in Kalisz
In February 2009, a friend invited me for SOC. I took this invitation and attended SOC in Warsaw Teological Seminar. I gained a lot of important abilities in individual and group crusades. Today, I reach out to others with Good News about Jesus Christ through SOC, especially to the people in prison. 'Pray to God that they will be good soldiers.

When we were starting to work with these SOC materials, I did not think that they will bring so much into our spiritual life and for the prisoners, individually and in the life of the group in Penitentiary. We have here 30 Christians and few non-Christian, who attend the SOC in Kalisz. Twice a week we meet starting from 10:00 a.m. till 12-12:30 p.m.
In October 2009, we started SOC in Penitentiary in Kalisz, and soon it showed out that many prisoners need such teaching, and some of the prisoners were asking when the next School will begin, and some others want to finish SOC teaching when they will be set free.
These favourable fruits of SOC in the Penitentiary, show that it's worth to reach out for this tool and use it in all the places.
School Of Christ brought for all of us several special blessings:
1. Measurable has increased the frequency on our SOC meetings. The Christians gained the abilities for public speaking sharing God's Word, what often is a problem for Christians.
2. It formed the abilities for individual analysis of the Biblical Text, without falling into the empty analyzing.
3. SOC prepared potential leaders ready to help.
4. The Students increased Biblical knowledge, by common analysis God's rules. I personally discovered how much I could learn from my brothers and Sisters, who by sharing their thoughts, enriched my Biblical knowledge.
