I have just returned from Hungary and the Czech Republic and I am very happy to announce to you that the School of Christ is now officially training and sending disciples in those two countries. I stand amazed at the spiritual impact this School has made upon this final generation. Paul declared that in two years all Asia had heard the gospel. We also have such a testimony. In two years, beginning in nineteen ninety-two, we reached all of Russia.

We began the first School of Christ in Russia October first nineteen ninety two, two years later I was home for a few days to get my taxes paid, and during that time I received a phone call from the man who was over the missions of the Mid-South seminary, the largest Theological Seminary of the Southern Baptist Association. He introduced himself and asked if he could visit with me, I told him it would be impossible for me to come to Memphis for I had to return to Russia in five days; his reply was, that, he would come to Beaumont, which he did. I picked him up at the airport and went to a restaurant for a meal. After we ordered I asked the question; "Why would a Southern Baptist professor wish to visit with a Pentecostal?" His reply was; we have been in Russia for two years, have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, and have gotten no where, but we have ran into you in every area of Russia, and I want to know the secret.

We have witnessed this same phenomenal move of God around the world. The School of Christ was born sixteen years ago this month, in those sixteen years we have made disciples in over one hundred and forty countries of the World, and only God knows the number of churches that have been planted. We have made disciples in all five countries of Middle Asia, when you know that these are all Muslim countries you understand the magnitude of the miracle. In Uzbekistan, working with Bishop Sergey, we have planted one hundred and thirty eight churches. The 1040 window, declared to be the least evangelized part of our world, has become, for the School of Christ, one of the most fertile harvest fields. We are in every country of that region.

In my last letter I told you about the door opening for me to be on the Gospel Channel out of Iceland, which reaches fifty-two nations by Satellite, with a potential audience of four hundred and fifty million listeners on Television, and the entire earth by the Internet. Since my last letter I have produced over one hundred-thirty minute programs of the School of Christ; these programs are now being aired five days a week at 9am, 2 pm, and 7:30 pm, London time. We are receiving e-mail from around the world.

There is no question but what we have come to an end time, The Russian Bear is prowling to her doom, she is joining forces with the Arab world for the final Jihad, Israel is gearing up for a strike against Iran, and the world is preparing for Ezekiel's war. All of this adds up to one thing, Christ is coming; it is not a time to be careless. If you and I will be faithful to God these very conditions afford us our greatest opportunity. Millions of people, world wide, are looking for answers and we alone have the answer.

The Apostle Peter in his second epistle vividly describes the conditions of the end time, and there is no question but what ours is the generation he described. After speaking of the conditions the Apostle ask the question; "Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, What manner of person ought ye to be in all holy conversation - and godliness?" The answer is; we must be a people possessed with the vision and the purpose of God; a people totally committed to that purpose; a people who are bold to proclaim the vision, and a people so constrained by the love of God that they live only to fulfill that purpose.
