Report from Suriname

Pastor and Sister Zebeda have finished their 2nd School of Christ in the city of Albina, Suriname. They graduated 34 students, most of which are evangelists, deacons, youth leaders, associate pastors, etc.

The Lord has so impacted Bro. and Sis. Zebeda, that they covered the cost of the whole school from January until April 2010. The school did not have to pay for food, lodging, or utilities. The only cost incurred was that of the flight to Suriname to graduate the school and encourage them to stay faithful to "the vocation whereby they have been called." They had to run the school fulltime for one week and then part time from January until April 2010.

On the night of graduation, the students testified that they realized they were lost, lied to, lukewarm, and had not known the importance of having fellowship with the Spirit. They spoke about how the lessons in the school opened their eyes, especially lessons such as the Trojan Horse, Soldiers, and the Precious Blood. It was amazing to see the changes made in the students' lives.

Thanks to those of you who continue to pray for and financially support the school, we are able to make a difference in the lives of the Surinamese. We are not only presenting them the Gospel, but we are able to do it in their own language of Taki–Taki. God Bless!
